Zharina Alapag was born and raised in the Philippines until age 10 and comes from a family who immigrated to the USA and worked tirelessly to secure a better life. She has been serving in the Air Force for 9 years and had already acquired one investment property when she bought her second while deployed in the middle east. Since, Zharina has become a passive investor in mixed use commercial space, bought her third investment property and continued to expand her vast education in real estate investing. Zharina excels at cultivating relationships, community collaboration, and upholding five-star ratings through outstanding hospitality for guests.
Heidi Jensen
MANAGING PARTNER
Heidi Jensen is a third generation Coloradan that comes from a long line of successful real estate entrepreneurs. Her father, an awarded builder in Boulder County, included Heidi in almost 75 projects ranging from rehabs to new construction in Colorado over many years. Although her family’s real estate journey hasn’t been without bumps in the road, when they nearly lost everything in 2008, Heidi continued on to convert a 2-bedroom apartment into a short-term rental. After furnishing and listing the unit, she had bookings within hours and has continued to grow her portfolio of Airbnb’s since. She has successfully completed two renovations of her own on properties she purchased herself. She attributes her success to the generations that came before her, paving her real estate journey path.
